We're back for another incredible evening celebrating all things halibut at PRIMO! Last year's event was such a success we just had to do it again. Enjoy a series of halibut-based bites in their private events barn. Watch Chef Melissa Kelly (two-time James Beard Award winner for Best Chef: Northeast) expertly break down a halibut, while local fisherman Gerry Cushman shares his experience with this fishery.
Ticket purchase includes: two drink vouchers and all food (no one goes home hungry!).
Funds from this event will support our Fishermen Feeding Mainers program, which buys fish from Maine fishermen for a fair price and donates healthy local seafood to K-12 schools and food banks statewide.
