Come Ride da Rhythm and celebrate Just Dance 29 YEARS Anniversary with very special guest DJ Hassti!!This will be DJ Hassti for the first time at Just Dance! Hassti will share her desire to move people not only physically but also emotionally and spiritually. She fearlessly explores unconventional tunes and rhythms, guiding dancers on a journey of self-discovery and liberation. She believes in the transformative power of movement and curates her music selection that transcend boundaries, inviting participants to explore the depths of their being and practice authentic movement.
Hassti is also the producer and resident of another Vancouver ecstatic dance: Ride the Rhythm. Held on the 4th Friday of the month, RtR provides a unique opportunity to dance and express yourself and freedom with like-minded dancers.
Joining her will be Just Dance founder and producer Abheeru. As a DJ, Abheeru is known for taping into an extensive palette of genres and styles from far-reaching locations around the world. His main passion is to infuse and mix a wide-range of musical organic elements and instruments from many diverse cultures and to blend those with delectable modern dance beats. The results are exquisitely creative dance sets that will keep your dancing soul and shoes happy.
Intricate visuals for the evening will be crafted live by our talented resident VJ Kashub.

Hassti is a passionate dancer, music curator, nature lover, home cook, plant parent, city farmer, daughter, wife, sister, friend, and student of life.
She is also the host of Ride the Rhythm, a unique style of dance that's all about free expression and letting your body move to the beat of your own drum. At RtR, you'll be surrounded by a community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for movement and self-exploration where you can let loose and experience the joy of dance in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

ABHEERU
Originally from Quebec City, Abheeru discovered World Music first hand during his many travels to over 40 countries. After settling in Vancouver, he was inspired by the community and environment, and created Just Dance. Since then, he has cultivated a profound and rapturous relationship to Global Fusion music, DJing, community service and dancing. He has organized, promoted and DJed more than 600 events for over 55,000 dancers, all in the spirit of service as he has always wanted for JD to donate all of its proceeds to local charities and nonprofit groups. Despite many changes and challenges over the last two decades, he continues to inspire and promote new ideas and musical concepts to the Vancouver community.

KASHUB
Kashub's name stems from the tribe of his ancestry situated along what is now the Baltic Coast of Poland. The tribe, now dispersed and displaced, lived peacefully isolated amidst sand dunes and swamps along the Baltic since before the dawn of the State of the Teutonic Order some 800 years ago. VJ Kashub brings powerful visual projections to induce a spiritual scene so as to reacquaint long lost souls of his ancestry onto our dance floor.
ABOUT JUST DANCE
Just Dance is a positive party community event. It offers a unique opportunity to dance to an eclectic selection of music from around the world. Held twice a month, Just Dance can be described as a refreshing alternative to the bar and club scene. It is a place where you are free to be yourself, connect with a vibrant community and dance the way you want!
