his feel good workshop has been developed to introduce the idea of self-esteem and self-confidence to our younger Tweens.During this workshop we will learn:

💜 What positive self-talk is and why it is so important
💜 Ideas to fill up your self-esteem bucket!
💜 We will discuss why comparisons are unhelpful
💜 We will explore with your daughter what makes her special and unique.
She will complete the workshop feeling inspired about who she is and understand the importance of not comparing herself to others.
