You are unstoppable when you honor your worth, care for your whole self, and protect your mental health with the same fierce loyalty you offer others. Self-love and self-care fuel confidence, resilience, and clarity, helping women move through barriers without losing themselves.

Quick facts on self-love and empowerment
  • Self-love is recognizing your inherent value and treating yourself with respect, which is linked to lower anxiety, less depression, and higher life satisfaction.
  • Women who practice self-compassion show greater resilience when facing stress, criticism, or setbacks.
  • Seeing yourself as “enough” right now reduces the pressure of perfection and supports healthier risk-taking, growth, and leadership.

Self-care as power
  • Intentional self-care (rest, movement, journaling, boundaries, therapy, spiritual practices) helps regulate mood, reduces burnout, and strengthens emotional balance.
  • Saying “no” when needed is a powerful form of self-care that protects your energy for the people, projects, and purposes that truly matter.
  • Small daily practices—deep breathing, short walks, screen breaks, creative expression—can steadily improve focus, mood, and mental clarity.

Mental health awareness: “You are Unstoppable” Women’s History Month
  • Normalizing conversations about mental health helps women seek support earlier, which is associated with better outcomes and reduced stigma.
  • Understanding that mental health challenges are common and treatable encourages women to ask for help instead of suffering in silence.
  • A “You Are Unstoppable” theme reminds women that strength includes rest, vulnerability, and asking for help—not just pushing through.

Prompts for your junk journal meet up

Use these as page starters or table cards:

  • “I feel most unstoppable when I…”
  • “Three obstacles I’ve already overcome that prove my strength are…”
  • “If I believed I was truly unstoppable, I would start/continue/stop…”
  • “A limiting belief I am ready to release is…”
  • “Ways I can care for my mind, body, and spirit as I chase my dreams…”

Uplifting affirmations: “You are Unstoppable”

You can read these aloud, letter them on pages, or write one per journal spread.

  • I am unstoppable because I rise every time life tells me to sit down.
  • I am powerful, prepared, and fully equipped for the next level of my life.
  • I am allowed to take up space, use my voice, and own my story.
  • I am not defined by my past; I am defined by the woman I am becoming.
  • I carry wisdom from my wounds and courage from my comebacks.
  • I trust my intuition; it has carried me through every hard season.
  • I honor my mind and my mental health as much as my goals and achievements.
  • I give myself permission to rest, then return even stronger.
  • I am worthy of big dreams, deep love, and safe spaces.
  • I am unstoppable, not because life is easy, but because I refuse to give up on myself.

Tickets will be $10 for the event and $10 for the kit. If kit not purchased, attendees are still able to participate. Limited supplies for make and take will be provided centered around the theme.
