Junior TreeKeeper Summer Camp is a summer day camp program lead by Trees Atlanta that fosters a sense of environmental stewardship through nature exploration, group collaboration, and active play. Campers will spend each day discovering greenspaces along the Atlanta BeltLine as well as fostering meaningful relationships with the natural world and the people around them. Camp is for students rising to grades 1 through 6. Campers in rising grades 2-6 must be confident bike riders (no training wheels) in order to participate in this camp. Activities are grouped for the following age groups: Sassafras Group: Rising 1st Graders (Non-Biking Group); Quercus Group: Rising 2nd-3rd Graders (Biking Group); and Acer Group: Rising 4th-6th Graders (Biking group)View full camp information, including the Camp Handbook and information on need-based scholarships.
