Junior Scott Chen, violin, present a recital in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree Bachelor of Music in Performance with an Emphasis in Orchestral Instruments. Mieko Hironaka Bergt is collaborative pianist and accompanied by Nicolae Bica, violin. The recital features one of Wieniawski's virtuosic Etudes-Caprices from op.18 that will be performed on two violins by Scott Chen and Professor Nicolae Bica. The major portion of the recital includes two significant and emotional sonatas composed by Beethoven and Prokofiev.
Scott Chen is a student of Nicolae Bica.
