Calling all young adventurers! Join our Junior Park Steward Program and become a nature explorer this fall. Kids will embark on weekly outdoor adventures, learning about Sioux Falls' local wildlife, plants, and the environment. Each week, participants will explore a new theme—such as trees, animals, water, and conservation—through hands-on activities, guided nature walks, and creative crafts.
Throughout the program, children will gain a deeper understanding of nature and how to protect it, all while having fun with new friends. Each child will receive a Junior Park Steward booklet and badge to track their progress and accomplishments. By the end of the program, they'll be proud to graduate as a Junior Park Steward with new skills and a love for the outdoors!
