JHYW is a beloved parish tradition designed to help junior high teens grow in their relationship with Christ while building friendships and having an unforgettable summer experience. Each day includes a mix of faith, fellowship, and exciting activities!
đź“… Daily Schedule Highlights:
• Monday (July 13): Battlefield Houston Laser Tag (On Campus)
• Tuesday (July 14): Hurricane Harbor Splashtown
• Wednesday (July 15): Houston Museum of Natural Science (HMNS)
• Thursday (July 16): Day of Service (On Campus)
• Friday (July 17): Main Event Tomball
đź’˛ Cost: $250 per teen
• Limited to 84 spots (first come, first served)
• Spots will fill quickly due to partnership with local parishes (Christ the Good Shepherd & St. Edward)
• Scholarships available—contact Youth Ministry or contribute during registration
đźš— Drop-off & Pick-up:
• Drop-off: 8:30 AM each morning
• Pick-up: 5:00 PM each afternoon
đź“Ś All activities begin and end at St. Ignatius, with transportation provided for off-site events.
✨ Friends are welcome! Invite someone to join you—non-parishioners and non-Catholics are encouraged to come!
đź“‹ Registration includes completion of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston Medical Release & Liability Form. Additional event-specific waivers may be required and will be shared prior to the week.
🙋‍♂️ Parents: We are in need of 15 adult volunteers to serve as lead chaperones, helping supervise and guide small groups in both faith and fun activities. If interested, please indicate on the form and Youth Ministry will follow up with more information!
