Flintridge Bookstore invites book lovers in 5th - 7th grades to join this group. Members are the first in town to read exciting new books, because they can borrow up to 2 free books each month from not-yet-published books provided by publishers.The members then review the books and share their opinions with the group at the next meeting. Their suggestions help the bookstore decide which books to purchase.
The group meets from 3:45 - 4:45 in the bookstore on the first Wednesday of each month from January - May (except for the January meeting which is on the second Wednesday).
The fee for this book club is $55. for all five meetings.
Membership is open to students who live or attend school in the La Canada/La Crescenta area.
Please call the bookstore at 818-790-0717 or stop in for more information and to get the registration form. Please register by January 5, 2025. Payment of $55. is due at the first meeting.
