This is a live, online event. We'll be exploring programming concepts like loops and in-then statements as we learn to program in Scratch- a programming language that makes it easy to tell stories and express yourself. We will assume that students have no previous programming experience.
You'll need a gmail account to sign-in to Scratch so you can save your work. You can read more about Scratch here: https://scratch.mit.edu/
LabSpace limits registrations in this class to 9 to provide the opportunity for lots of interaction and sharing of projects.
Badges should be taken in order as we'll be building knowledge about programming in general and the Scratch programming language as we progress.
Tuition: $6
Troop Leaders, we're happy to schedule sessions for your troop. We ask for a minimum of 6 Scouts for most workshops and the cost is the same as for public sessions.
