Through asana, breathwork, and intuitive natural movement, you will leave feeling rejuvenated, connected, heart full, from being in the magic of the wilderness.
Reza's signature classes (Rezanateyoga) are challenging, fun, elevating, full of arm balancing and core work. Reza's detailed instructions are focused on breath, alignment and deep muscular release. With his playful and encouraging teaching style and a prominent presence of music, he guides his students through an invigorating practice with ease. Music improves physical and emotional well-being and can be utilized to raise our frequency and consciousness. Thoughtfully selected tracks and sound FX are mixed with a unique style to enhance and lift the vibration of the practice.
About Reza
Reza is a yogi, musician, producer, and DJ. With over 20 years of teaching experience, he is still a humble student of yoga. He has been incorporating more alignment and healing to the practice and is grateful to Larry Schultz named " The bad man of Ashtange Yoga " by Pattabhi Jois to see the teacher in him. Reza has taught at the Ashtanga yoga school for many years and is currently teaching throughout San Francisco in different studios. Unique and instructional, Reza's classes are for the seasoned yogi or if you are new to the practice!
