🔞 Age restriction: in compliance with the law, attendants must be aged 18 or older to enter Jungle Fest. Anyone younger than 18 or who is unable to prove their age with valid identification will be denied entry. Minors under 18 years of age will not be allowed entry even if they are accompanied by an adult and/or their parents/legal guardians.
🌦 Rain or shine. The organization will not be responsible for adverse weather conditions.

👘 Dress Code: Jungle Fest is a place of community and togetherness, no sports team jerseys, or any ideological attire that may cause offense are allowed on the premises. No costume, or body decoration, or lack thereof, is out of place, so use your imagination. If costumes aren't your thing, just wear whatever makes you happy and wherever you feel comfortable in.
👜 Bag Policy: backpacks, luggage, or large bags are not allowed, anything larger than a standard-sized handbag may be refused entry.
💸 Refund Policy: tickets are non-refundable after purchase. You can’t change, cancel or exchange a ticket but you can get a refund by reselling your ticket through Shotgun until one hour before the event starts. If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, a full refund is automatically issued to the original payment method. Shotgun service fees are not refunded.
🎥 Filming & Photography: by attending you agree to have your image and likeness voluntary recorded for marketing use. If you do not wish to your likeness captured or used for marketing purposes, you can opt-out by informing the organization. It is prohibited to record or photograph for advertising or commercial purposes without express authorization from the organization.
