The cacao we will drink comes from Almarte – a community project rooted in the Dominican Republic, where more than 15 years of regenerative work have turned former cattle pastures into a thriving food forest of over 100,000 trees. 🌳 Among them are 60,000 cacao trees, grown with permaculture principles, hand-peeled, sun-dried and fermented to bring out their deep aroma and nourishing qualities. More than just cacao, Almarte is a global movement reinvesting its revenues into eco-villages and regenerative projects – an invitation to co-create a new rhythm of community and abundance.
