She is wild, untamed, strong, wise, and perfectly imperfect. We will draw from her wisdom and find our reflection within the mystical realms of the Rhythms that live in everything.
This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with your inner wilderness, embracing both the light and the shadow within you. Together, we will explore, and detangle, the depths of our being, expanding our awareness and embracing the vibrant instincts that guide us through the ever-changing landscape of life.

Gloria is a 5Rhythms teacher and the co-founder of Sattva Land, an ecological sanctuary in the jungles of Belize. At her core, she is an artist — a composer of experience. Whether through movement, sound, or space, she weaves together the seen and unseen with a fine attention to detail, creating worlds that invite wholeness. Her work, both on the dance floor and in the land she helped shape, reflects a devotion to beauty, coherence, and the intelligence of the whole.

Dancing has been Liliana’s passion since childhood, a spark first lit at age six that later reignited in 2017 when she discovered the 5Rhythms—a practice that became a path of deep transformation. Through movement, she found a language for her soul, a way to release, express, and return to clarity. As a 5Rhythms teacher and embodiment coach, Liliana guides others to reconnect with their bodies, intuition, and truth—inviting them to let go of control and discover the wisdom that moves beneath the surface.
