About this Event
This Juneteenth celebration concert evokes hope, courage and resilience through the inimitable symphonic landscapes, showcasing the works of Dr. Joyce Moorman, Dr. James Newton, William Grant Still and Antonio Carlos Gomes using music to tell the origin story of African American & Brazilian enslaved persons.
