Join us in honoring Juneteenth with culture, conversation and community engagement at Juneteenth: A Celebration of Unity from 5-7:30 p.m. Friday, June 19 at the MIDFLORIDA Event Center, 9221 SE Event Center Place.Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day, marks the emancipation of enslaved African Americans in the United States.
There will be student dance performances, storytelling and a panel of meaningful discussions, followed by an inspiring keynote speaker.
Come together to celebrate history, uplift voices, and engage in powerful conversations that shape our future.
