Join us for an unforgettable evening at the 5th Annual Juneteenth – Our Ancestors’ Wildest Dreams Gala, hosted at the Grand Rapids African American Museum & Archives (GRAAMA), located at 41 Sheldon Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI. This signature Juneteenth celebration honors the resilience, legacy, and triumphs of our ancestors while uplifting the next generation who embodies their wildest dreams.
The evening begins with a 6:00 PM Cocktail Hour and Hors d'Oeuvres, creating space for fellowship and connection. At 7:00 PM, guests will gather for a Juneteenth Scholarship Presentation recognizing outstanding scholarship recipients, followed by music and dancing beginning at 8:00 PM. Guests will enjoy an elegant night of culture, live entertainment, food, and community.
This annual gala serves as both a powerful commemoration of our past and a meaningful investment in our future, bringing the community together to celebrate Black excellence, history, and continued progress.
