What do steelhead do when they’re out in the ocean? Join us for a presentation by researcher Michael Courtney from the UAF College of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences at the Lena Point lab in Juneau. Michael will discuss insights into the ocean migration, behavior, and ecology of steelhead kelts as they out-migrate from Tongass steelhead streams.
