June: Spring Preserves + Herbal Infusions

Dive into light preserving with lemonade concentrate, strawberry jam, and homemade vanilla. On the herbal side, we'll make herbal honey, and infused vinegar for dressings and digestion.

Enjoy a garden-party style tasting of strawberry jam and whipped cream on sourdough biscuits and sample other treats that we creat. You will take home samples of lemonade, jam and vanilla, as well as recipes and tips to continue at home (and start planning your holiday gifts!).
