I’ve designed my day retreats to give you the maximum release in the shortest amount of time, so you can get that reset you need without taking a whole weekend out ♥️Your retreat in the Northern Beaches runs from 10am - 3pm and INCLUDES:
• 2hr full body unwind looking out over the water to leave you feeling massaged from head to toe
• delicious homemade vegetarian lunch
• afternoon walk to Clareville Beach for a beachside Yoga Nidra full body guided relaxation
• 1hr seated and reclined practice to unwind any lingering tension so you go home feeling completely released!
