Join us for a deeply relaxing and nourishing Gong Bath Sound Meditation. Suitable for beginners and regular meditators. Please arrive in good time to set up your mat and get comfortable. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion if required.
Booking Terms and ConditionsDue to the popularity of our events, tickets must be purchased online in advance of the event. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be added to our mailing list to find out about special offers and events. You may unsubscribe anytime.
Cancellations, No shows and late attendees Tickets are Non-Refundable, however you are able to reschedule to another date if you contact us at least 48hrs prior to an event you have originally booked. For any cancellations made within the 48-hour time frame or after the event, we will be unable to offer a transfer ticket and full payment will be taken. If your plans change last minute and you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Please inform us in advance (at least 3 hours before the event by email) if you wish to do so and we can amend our attendee list. Anyone who is not on the attendee list will not be admitted. Please keep in mind that this is our livelihood and we are very respectful of other people’s time and commitment and expect the same in return. Thank you for your understanding.Late attendeesDue to the nature of the event it is not possible to enter once it has started so it is your responsibility to arrive on time. Aim to arrive 10 minutes before the start to set up your spot. Ten minutes after the class has started you will not be admitted to the event and full payment will be taken for your lost spot. This is to minimize disruption to the meditation class.
ALL PROGRAMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR CANCELLATION by the organizer. If the organizer cancels the event then a full refund will be issued and notification of cancellation will be sent via email at least 24 hours before the event or asap.
Precautions: Feel free to contact us if you are unsure or want to discussWe advise that if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, wear a pacemaker or hearing device, that you do not take part in a Gong Meditation. Please seek advice from your Doctor. If you have any medical issues that you feel you would like us to be aware of, please email us beforehand or talk to the Meditation Leader at the beginning of the session.
