About this Event
Join me for an evening of guided meditation and immersive sound healing designed to support reflection, emotional release, and deep rest. Through soothing sound vibrations and intentional stillness, you will be invited to soften tension, clear energetic clutter, and create space for what is next.
This experience is gentle, grounding, and open to all.
You do not need to know exactly what you are releasing to benefit from simply giving yourself space to pause.
Classes are intentionally small and intimate, creating a quiet, supportive environment without the stress of big crowds. This class is accessible to all levels and does not require any prior experience with meditation, pranayama, or sound healing.
Participants will rest comfortably on the floor using a yoga mat and blankets. I recommend bringing your own mat, and you’re welcome to bring any personal items such as a meditation cushion or bolster, pillow, extra blankets, or an eye mask. If you need specific accommodations such as a chair, please reach out in advance so I can fully support you.
Please arrive hydrated and on time. Doors will be locked at the class start time to protect the container of the experience.
