FRIDAY, JUNE 13 · 6–8PM An Evening with Republic Restoratives
We welcome Republic Restoratives, the women-owned and LGBTQ-led distillery making spirits right here in Northeast DC. They will pour from their lineup, including Civic Vodka, Rodham Rye, and Borough Bourbon, each crafted small-batch and close to home. We are proud to feature locally owned and locally distilled work during Pride Month. Come meet the people behind the bottles.
THURSDAY, JUNE 26 · 6–8PM A Pour of Don Fulano Tequila
Don Fulano comes from the highlands of Jalisco, made from estate-grown blue Weber agave and distilled at the historic La Tequileña. The spirits are additive-free and family-made, with expressions that range from a bright, peppery Blanco to añejos rested in French oak. A clean, honest expression of terroir, and a fine introduction for anyone newer to sipping tequila.
