Camp Courage is an incredible, free program that introduces young women and gender-diverse youth to careers as first responders. Instead of paying tuition, campers "pay" for their spot by completing a community service project.
The Impact: It shatters barriers in male-dominated fields, builds unstoppable self-confidence, and shapes the next generation of life-saving community leaders. Many graduates return years later as full-time first responders to mentor the next class!
