Mixed abilities open session.You ll learn the correct techniques for getting your wheels off the ground safely with confidence and control and just as importantly get them back down again!
These are the fun features on the trails but ones which are often avoided and knock riders confidence when not ridden correctly.
We ll ensure your have the correct set and body position, that you can shift weight and can allow the bike to move underneath you, we ll show you how to use these features to your advantage and to gain momentum on the trail.
All broken down into easily absorbed pieces from an expert coach for less than a new riding top!
