Jumping Back In

Though all are welcome, programming focuses on women with limited resources to provide guidance and support as they adapt to life after incarceration or recovery from substance addiction.

Returning after time away - physically, mentally and emotionally - may feel foreign and impossible to adapt.

This workshop will provide space for thought and writing excercises to work through personal and perceived barriers.
