This Jumpboard Series is a 4-week progression on the reformer designed to help you build strength, coordination, and control in a way that feels both energizing and supportive.
Using the jumpboard, you’ll explore a more athletic side of Pilates while staying grounded in alignment, control, and connection to your body.
What You’ll Experience
Each session is designed to help you:
• Build strength through low-impact, dynamic movement
• Improve coordination and movement efficiency
• Develop power without unnecessary tension
• Stay connected to your body as the pace increases
This is not about pushing harder—it’s about moving smarter.

Each class builds on the last, helping you progress in both confidence and control over the 4 weeks.
You can join for the full series or drop into a single session.
