Join me for an exclusive jump rope event by the water in DC! This event is welcome to all jump rope levels. You do not have to be an expert. This event is about finding a community and having fun while being active! We will jump rope to upbeat music and watch the sunrise.
Water and other sports drinks will be provided. Please bring your own jump rope. We will have a limited amount of extra ropes in case you forget yours.
