About this Event
A Midsummer Restoration
For the days when the world is loud and the body is tired. July's second group acupuncture is a deliberate slowdown — a chance to sink into the fullness of summer rather than sprint through it.
Treatments will draw from the deep nourishing reserves of the season, support Kidney and Heart communication, and restore the quiet joy that gets lost when life moves faster than we do.
What you'll experience:
- Restoration of depleted energy and vitality
- Nourishment of the spirit and emotional reserves
- Relief from burnout, overstimulation, or the feeling of running on empty
- A renewed sense of luminosity and ease
