Firepit Tales is a monthly spoken word poetry event that's all about connecting people through the power of words. Whether you're a fan of poetry, spoken word, or simply looking for a unique and engaging evening out, Firepit Tales is a must see / hear event. Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to be inspired and moved.
Tickets. Open Mic Performers tickets are free. Audience members, we have 10 free early bird audience tickets, on a first come first served basis. Then standard tickets are available. All money raised goes towards helping us keep Firepit running. Saying that, Firepit is an inclusive space and we really do not want people to be exluded because of money. Please send a message [email protected] and we'll add you to the guest list free of charge.
Firepit Tales is a monthly event, taking place on the last Wednesday of every month.
The night will be hosted by Uncle London @uncle_londonn and there is an open mic sign up, we would love to hear your voice.
Please bring your own drinks along with you. We do not currently have the facilities to sell drinks.
Firepit is a unique space, we have a gallery of beautiful and relevant art, artist studio spaces and an area that was made for spoken work and performance events. In a slightly sunken room, surrounded by wood, with a firepit, red carpet and furniture. You will sit around the room with you MC in the centre leading the night. The mic's are connected to a Bang & Olufsen speaker system that surround every part of the room.
We are excited to be hosting this regular monthly event.

Show starts @ 7pm Finishing at 9 / 9:30pm
