We’re delighted to host The Merit Book Club, a meet-up focused on reading great stories and sharing our reflections with fellow book lovers.
These are super informal chats so no one will be put on a spot, but you can expect to hear other’s and share your thoughts on what you enjoyed/didn’t enjoy and discuss the themes explored within the book.
Each event will be hosted by our resident bookworm and Book Club Ambassador, Denise Ge, who will come armed with questions and talking points to keep the conversation going – no awkward silences here thank you! ☺️

WHAT TO EXPECT?
We will meet at 12:00pm for a relaxed brunch and an open discussion around the book - what we did and didn’t like. If you don’t get a chance to read the book or finish it, don’t worry, it is a super informal chat where no one gets put on the spot! We just want to unwind, have a chat and enjoy a discussion.
Important Booking info:
- Your booking is subject to a £20 no show fee which you’ll get back if you turn up to the event. Make sure the host checks you in when you arrive, otherwise the team won’t know you were there!
- You can cancel no later than 7 days before the event to receive a refund
- If you don’t show up, this will not be refunded to you
- There is a 30 minute grace period from the start of the event, if you arrive later we may not be able to refund you
- The group will order 15 minutes after the start so do please arrive on time if you want to eat with everyone.
This is a ladies only limited ticket event.
