Meeting location: Stanley Road in Durham - look out for the white Ford Pickup Truck on the roadside as a landmark.
Before you arrive: Complete our stewardship workday waiver.
What to bring: Wear weather-appopriate clothes you're willing to get dirty, along with closed-toed shoes. Bring a water bottle if you have one. If you have a favorite bug spray, sunscreen, snack, tool, or work gloves, feel free to bring them!
What we bring: We have plenty of work gloves, sun screen, and bug spray, as well as all the tools you'll need! We bring a jug of water, along with some cups, and some granola bars to snack on.
It will almost certainly be hot. Our staff will be monitoring the temperature, and you should not feel obliged to stay for the entire workday if you are too hot or tired to continue.
