All table reservations go towards venue space! Our group has had amazing and exciting growth that we need enough space to trade comfortably and be able to continue to welcome new traders!
Official "Spin-to-Win-a-Pin" Wheel will also go towards raising funds for venue space!

Vendor Table Reservation Rules:
Vendor tables are $40 per table. Limit 2 tables per vendor. Max 5 vendors for the event.
Please pm @JH Choe for all table reservations. Tables are not officially reserved until I receive payment, and I reply that your table(s) has been reserved. All reservations are first-come first-serve. No exceptions.
Below is what we have defined as a vendor. This is difficult to police but we expect people to be respectful of being honest in determining whether they consider themselves a vendor per below. Please make sure u pm admins if you have any question whether u think you count as one.
Vendor definition: anyone who comes in with “intent to sell” cumulatively more than $40 worth of items. This includes posting of prices of items with “intent to sell” without also willingness to trade those Items. Posting of values of items for the purpose of trade is permitted but not if we find that the purpose is primarily to sell. If we find that someone is selling against the rules without designation as a vendor, and we consider you a vendor (this decision is determined solely by admins), it will be grounds for losing further table reservation privileges (general or vendor) in the future and possibly removal from the group. Decisions are at the discretion of admins and cannot be disputed.
