Face to Face Couples Antenatal workshop May 2026 - AirdrieAn antenatal workshop for mum and her birth companion that will not only cover all of the basics of antenatal education and an active, informed birth but also give you both the space to prepare as a team and confidently plan for your baby’s birthing day.
When it comes to preparing for your baby’s birth – making the time to prepare as a team with your birth partner in a way that works for you both and your own unique hopes can be challenging. The Antenatal Active Birth Workshop helps expectant mums and their birth companion prepare for an active and confident birth together. This second step of your continuous perinatal support takes the best elements of traditional antenatal education workshops and hypnobirthing and wraps all of these together and allows you the confidence that comes from realising you can both do this.
The Bumps Couples Workshop is for expectant mums and their birth companion. It is best to attend from around 30 weeks pregnant right up until baby’s birth and the workshop is adapted to suit all pregnancy related conditions with ease. You are welcome to attend earlier in pregnancy but closer to your due date can help to the information to stay fresh in your mind.
Workshops are delivered in one 4-hour session at a cost of £85 per expectant Mum and her Birth Companion.
