Explore your relationship with your own gen!tals through reflection, embodiment, and (if you choose) gentle hands-on exploration - in a space that values consent, curiosity, and care.
“This weekend helped me reconnect with my body and my desire in a way I thought I had lost over the years.” — Marcus
“It felt safe, relaxed and playful at the same time,
and deeply sacred to connect with myself like this.” — Malin Nilsson

Juicy Gen!tals is a one-day immersive space to reconnect with your body and your gen!tals. Not as something to fix or perform with, but as something to listen to, befriend, and explore at your own pace.
Throughout the day, we move between inner exploration and embodied experience.
There will be space for reflection, sensing, sharing, and also an invitation to explore self-touch in a new, more present way. Always optional.
This is not about getting somewhere.
It’s about slowing down enough to notice what is already here.
✦ What to expect ✦
We’ll work with:
- group sharing and reflection
- inner dialogue with the body
- gentle somatic and constellation-inspired explorations
- and a guided space where you can explore self-touch differently, if you choose
Like any relationship, your connection with your gen!tals carries a history. Perhaps with parts that feel unresolved, numb, or “sticky”, as well as a present moment to meet and a future shaped by your desires.
Expect a mix of curiosity, tenderness, awkwardness, laughter, and depth.
There is no pressure to participate in any specific way.
✦ Hands-on (optional) ✦
At a certain point in the day, there will be space for those who wish to explore self-touch in a more conscious and connected way.
This is not a technical or performance-based approach, but an invitation to:
- slow down
- listen to your body
- and meet yourself with more presence and care
You are always free to:
- remain fully clothed
- or step in and out as it feels right
By joining, you consent to the possibility that others might choose to be undressed.
✦ Who will be there? ✦
This event is queer- and cis-positive.
I am not curating gender balance or variety. If you choose to join, it means you’re open to sharing this space with the people who show up.
✦ Your consent matters ✦
Every practice is optional.
You decide:
- how much you participate
- in what way
- and when to pause, step back, or only observe
Consent is woven into the entire experience.

Helena:
“I thought I was already listening to my yoni, but during this workshop, I truly opened my ears and body to her voice - what a revelation! I’m also overwhelmed by the power of constellations. Wow, thank you for introducing me. So many magic moments with this lovely group! ❤️”
Johanna:
“The Juicy Yoni Day convinced me (and my body) that there’s such an abundance of pleasure, joy, and fulfillment to access when I connect and allow. The slow buildup and Lore’s soft, warm presence created such safety and grounding. I think my trust in myself has expanded a few sizes with this day!”
Tharani:
“Slow down. Embrace the awkward. S/xual intimacy can be playful and fun. This workshop was so potent , I feel confident, excited, and full of tools to explore and share. I’m proud of myself for daring to join and can’t wait for the next gathering!”
