General Terms for All Events
👉 Eligibility: Participation is open to all students and adventure enthusiasts, subject to event-specific requirements.
👉 JUAS Executive Members are prohibited to participate in treasure hunt competition to ensure fair play.
👉 Registration: All participants must complete the registration process within the specified timeline.
Incomplete or late entries will not be accepted.
👉 Conduct: Participants must adhere to the instructions provided by event organizers and maintain decorum throughout the event.
👉 Safety: The organizers will take necessary safety measures, but participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the events.
👉 Liability: The organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the events.
👉 Decisions: The decisions of judges and event organizers are final and binding in all matters.
Photography Consent:
👉 By participating, you consent to being photographed or filmed during the events for promotional purposes.
👉Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation.
1. Marathon
👉 Eligibility: Participants must be at least 16 years old on the day of the marathon.
👉 Health Declaration: Participants must declare that they are physically fit to run. A medical certificate may be required.
👉 Time Limits: Participants must complete the race within the specified time frame of 3 Hours 30 Minutes to be eligible for awards in 21.1k Half Marathon. For 10k Mini Marathon, The time Frame will be 90 Minutes.
👉 Route Compliance: Participants must follow the designated route and checkpoints. Deviating from the route will lead to disqualification.
👉 Prohibited Items: Use of bicycles, roller skates, or any other mobility aids is not allowed unless pre-approved by organizers.
👉 Prohibited Substances: Use of drugs or smoking during the event is strictly prohibited.
👉 Reporting Time: Runners must report at least 30 minutes before the event time.
👉 Registration Fee: A fee of 1250 BDT applies for 21.1K Half Marathon. A fee of 1100 BDT applies for 10K Run.
🔍Treasure Hunt
Terms and Conditions
👉Team Size: Teams must consist of minimum 1 to maximum 3 members. At least 1 participant is recommended from Jahangirnagar University to ensure Fair play
👉Tools: Only tools provided or approved by the organizers may be used during the event. Use of any type of vehicles such as rickshaw, bicycle, motorbike are strictly prohibited.
👉Fair Play: Teams must not collaborate or share clues with other teams.
👉Completion: Teams must complete all tasks and reach the final checkpoint within the given time to be eligible for prizes.
👉Disqualification: Cheating or tampering with clues will result in immediate disqualification.
👉Limited Slots: Only first 40 teams will be eligible to participate in the Treasure Hunt.
👉Each Team will have to report at least 30 minutes before the Event Time.
👉At least one female member in the team is preferred
Registration fee 1500 BDT Per team
📸 Photography Competition
👉 Originality: All submissions must be original and taken by the participant. Plagiarized, AI-generated, or heavily edited entries will be disqualified.
👉 Submission Guidelines: Photos must be submitted in the prescribed format and resolution by the deadline.
👉 Theme: Entries must align with the specified theme: "From Light to Life: Photos that Speak."
👉 Ownership: Participants retain copyright but grant the organizers rights to use the photos for promotional purposes and publication.
👉 Submission Limits: Each participant may submit a maximum of 5 entries.
👉 Registration Fee: A fee of 200 BDT applies for up to 5 entries.
👉 Captions: Each entry must include a caption. A description or story behind the photo is preferred.

👉Mobile Photography (Top 15 photos exhibited during the festival)
👉 DSLR Photography (Top 25 photos exhibited during the festival)
👉Drone images are not eligible for the competition.
5. Travel Story Writing Contest
👉Original Work: Stories must be original and written by the participant. Plagiarism or AI-generated stories will lead to disqualification.
👉 Word Count: Stories must adhere to a word count of 250 to 1,000 words.
👉 Language: Entries must be written in Bengali or English.
Submission Guidelines: Stories must be submitted in DOC, DOCX, or PDF format by the deadline.
👉Visuals: Including photos relevant to the story is encouraged.
👉 Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged on creativity, coherence, and alignment with the adventure theme.
