JSM/Asbury Masters Swim: Sunday D > H Workout (March 15)**ALL LEVELS WELCOME!!**

We will be offering swimmers an additional workout, beyond our weekly schedule on MOST Sundays, from October > May. There will be a specific workout designed for your level & you will be paired w/ athletes of similar pace/ability.
Our weekend workouts are for ALL LEVELS who can swim <3min /100yd pace. For those slower than that, we recommend our 8-Week Beginner 101 program.
All other levels are as follows...
630AM:
o GROUP A: Those who can consistently swim under 1:15 /100yd pace & complete the workout on a 1:20-1:25 interval/send-off.
o GROUP B: Those who can consistently swim near 1:20-25 /100yd pace & complete the workout on a 1:35-40 interval/send-off.
o GROUP C: Those who can consistently swim near 1:30 /100yd pace & complete the workout on a 1:45 interval/send-off.
730AM:
o GROUP D: Those who can consistently swim under 1:45 /100yd pace & complete the workout on a 1:55-2:00 interval/send-off.
o GROUP E: Those who can consistently swim under 2:00 /100yd pace & complete the workout on a 2:05-10 interval/send-off.
o GROUP F: Those who can consistently swim at/near 2:10 /100yd pace & complete the workout on a 2:20-30 interval/send-off.
o GROUP G: Those who can consistently swim at/near 2:30 /100yd pace & complete the workout on a 2:45 interval/send-off.
o GROUP H: Those who can consistently swim at/near 2:50 /100yd pace & complete the workout on a 3:00-3:10 interval/send-off.
