About this Event

The JRCT Gender Budgeting Conference will take place at Ulster University on June 17, 2026 at 09:30am. This conference will include speakers from the Department of Finance and OECD, and bring together stakeholders from across the public, private and community sectors to reflect on what we have learnt from our research on gender budgeting over the past seven years and what it means for budgeting in Northern Ireland going forward.

The JRCT Gender Budgeting Project is funded by the Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust (JRCT) and delivered in partnership between Ulster University researchers and civil society representatives from the Northern Ireland Women's Budget Group.
