J.P.is a Canadian bluegrass/folk/Celtic singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer, recording artist, teacher, collaborator, innovator and award winner.To date he has won thirteen East Coast Music Awards and one Canadian Folk Music Award and a Juno nomination. A boy in 1974 that took on the guitar and a passion in music to a Nova Scotia icon of the industry. He is a performer who brings life, talent and a sense of appreciation for a man who has dedicated so much to the music scene and artists collective in our great province. He’s shy, but has a razor sharp wit and lightning sense of humour. He can be reserved or edgy to the point of no return. He speaks for soldiers, first responders, other artists, the forgotten and lost. He speaks sometimes only for himself and refuses rebuttal. Don't miss this amazing return of J.P. Cormier to Sea-Esta.
