The Joyful Yoga Teacher Training Course starts 20th September 2025, Clayton hotel, Galway.
This is a female centred yoga teacher training course designed for women who want to learn more, share yoga and change the world.
Can’t do all the poses?
You don't need to do handstands or splits to be a yoga teacher! 🙅♀️ Yoga is for everyone and its so much more than crazy poses. Plus we will workshop 40 poses together and you will feel your fitness, body awareness and posture improve.
Don’t look like a yoga teacher?
What does that even mean? Now more than ever the world needs diverse yoga teachers.
I don’t feel ready.
And maybe you’re not yet ready and you need more time. Or maybe it's all about taking small steps and the yoga will support you.
What is Joyful Yoga and why is it different?
Every yoga pose has a purpose, with joyful yoga, we learn to adjust the yoga poses to fit our own perfectly imperfect bodies so we gain the most from our practice.
With this deeper understanding we can adjust the practices for our students too.
We will learn this through;
practical yoga asana sessions,
embodied anatomy workshops,
Meditations, pranayama practices and joyful yoga relaxations,
integrated teaching skills with step by step teaching practice
Over 10 in person weekends and 10 zoom sessions(200 hours).

Criteria to apply:
Some yoga experience (a year or more preferred)
Ready to develop your personal yoga-practice
