Enjoy the gentleness of Autumn as the leaves change colour in the beautiful New Forest! This will be a fun, nourishing and relaxing weekend retreat at the magical Minstead Study Center in the New Forest. Surrounded by the pristine and beautiful forest, with its plethora of wildlife and birdsong, we will sing inspirational harmony songs from around the world, deeply relax with gentle sound healing and meditation, and boost well-being and sense of connection to ourselves, to others, and to nature!

* No previous experience is necessary for our workshop sessions
There will be two workshop sessions a day, each one designed to enhance your well-being, and nourish your mind, body and soul.
You will have the opportunity to relax, recharge and immerse yourself in the beauty of ancient woodlands, streams, and meadows.
There will be free time in the afternoon for walking in the gardens or the forest or just relaxing with like minded others.
We will have exclusive use of the center including gardens, workshop space, kitchens, the house, and dormitories.
