About This Session
Many of us already have our own ways to reset.
Some go for yoga.
Some prefer a workout.
Some unwind through music or movement.
This is simply another way.
A guided Laughter Yoga practice where you come together, take a pause, and allow your body to lead the reset — through breath, movement, and laughter.
What We Do Together
Each session is lightly guided and includes:
- Gentle warm-ups and breathing
- Simple laughter exercises done as a group
- Moments of shared energy and interaction
- A short wind-down to settle before closing
There’s no need to “be funny” or perform.
You’re welcome to participate at your own pace.
And as you settle into the experience,
From time to time, we may explore simple ways to notice how your mental state shifts and how to return to it more intentionally at your own will, over time.

Like any other activity, the experience can feel different each time.
Some come for a light reset.
Some return regularly and begin to notice deeper shifts over time.

What to Bring
- Comfortable attire, with socks. Shoes are to be left at our premise entrance for a conducive Laughter Yoga session together.
- Water Bottle, water dispenser are available in our premise.No, this is a regular practice session.
