Join us for a deeply nourishing Yoga Day designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
This gentle day retreat blends mindful movement, deep rest, reflection, and healing sound to support relaxation on every level. We’ll begin with a gentle flow yoga practice to soften and awaken the body, followed by yin yoga to release tension and invite stillness into the nervous system.
You’ll then be guided into a Yoga Nidra / guided meditation, allowing you to rest deeply while remaining consciously aware — a powerful practice for calming the mind and restoring energy.
Throughout the day, we’ll also hold space for guided journaling, offering time to reflect, gain clarity, and gently realign with your inner wisdom. The experience will be beautifully completed with a sound healing journey, where soothing vibrations help integrate the practices and leave you feeling grounded, calm, and renewed.
