Joyful Connection: Cultivating Presence

Ready to tune in and truly connect? Join us for Joyful Connection, an in-person event all about being present and embracing the moment. In celebration of Black History Month, we have partnered with Afrofuturist, Aquarius Funkk, to create space for us to connect with intention.

Join us to co-create and live into a space of possibility, spaciousness, communal care, affirmation, and activation of our creative spirits. Expand your capacity to show up and be in community, using somatic movement, presence practices, and expression-based exercises. This is a container for exploring your inner navigation system while developing a new understanding of how you relate to self, other, space, time, and the collective.

You are invited to come with a curiosity and desire to explore. There will be a combination of individual exploration, collective activation, internal reflection exercises, with opportunities for conversation about the dreams we are holding.
