Peace retirees and friends are invited to the next gathering of JOY – Just Older Youth –at 1-3pm Monday, April 7, in the church (Adams Campus) downstairs parlor. We will put together Easter baskets for our homebound friends! Last year, we were able to bless so many incredibly lovely homebound Lutheran friends with a joyful Easter basket, and we are planning that again! On April 7, please bring small Easter items for our basket-filling assembly line. What are good items to bring? Small baskets, Easter grasses, Easter candies, and other treats. We also will make up some Easter bags for our homebound friends who refrain from sugar. The Dollar Tree is a great place to pick up inexpensive items, along with Ollie's and other discount stores. We pray you enjoy making our friends smile with a basket of Easter goodies!
