Agenda:
Welcome & introductions (10AM)
- Start the day with a warm gourmet tea and brief introductions.
- Overview of the day’s activities and setting intentions for the day.
- Learn to create a personalized self-care routine that brings calm and intention to everyday life.
Yoga Flow & Mobility (10:30 AM)
A gentle yoga and mobility session to release tension and increase flexibility helping you feel connected and present.
Body Scan Meditation & Foam Roller Release
A soothing body scan and foam rolling session to release physical tension and cultivate body awareness.
Guided Breathwork
Explore techniques to ground yourself and reduce stress. Perfect for clearing your mind and lifting your energy.
Lunch & Social Hour (1 PM)
Enjoy a wholesome nourishing lunch with time to connect with fellow participants.
Sound Meditation with CBD oils (2 PM)
A calming yoga nidra and a sound meditation session to bring inner peace and quiet the mind. Learn about the wellness benefits of CBD oils and how they can support relaxation balance and overall health.
Gratitude, Affirmation & Reflection Journaling
Settle into a peaceful journaling practice reflecting on gratitude and intentions for mindful living.
Sharing Circle & Closing Tea (3 pm)
Join a group sharing circle to reflect connect and set intentions for continued self-care. Conclude the day with a sense of community with fellow participants and a final cup of tea leaving you refreshed and reconnected.

About your practitioners:
Bhavya Mandanna:
A Bangalore based yoga instructor and functional trainer with 7 years experience. Alliance Certified in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Acro Yoga, Pre and Post Natal Yoga. As a former National level athlete, I have an in-depth understanding of the human anatomy and muscle groups. Also a certified Stress Therapist and Mental Wellness Coach.
Spandhana Motupalli:
Spandhana guides individuals towards holistic well-being through a unique blend of yoga therapy and sound healing. Her passion lies in bridging the gap between ancient wisdom and modern needs, drawing upon traditional yoga philosophies to empower individuals in today's world.
Vaishali Iyer:
Vaishali Iyer is a somatic wellness coach and writer. The heart of her coaching is the central role of the felt body (or life force) in all aspects of life. She teaches you how to harmonise with your innate biological intelligence—so that you can flow with whatever's happening, access your power and have fun in the process. Some of the approaches she currently offers include breath repatterning, embodied meditation and yoga nidra, as well as menstrual cycle and nervous system coaching.
Vaishali's background is in yoga and various forms of movement including dance, swimming, and qigong, as well as meditation. She has been practicing, teaching and continuously learning within the fields of somatics, movement, and meditation for over 10 years. She is certified in Hatha Yoga, Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, and is an experienced restorative yoga teacher. She has also trained in Laban/Bartenieff Movement as a Movement Analyst and Somatic Movement Educator, as well as in Body-Mind Centering©. She is a certified Instinctive Meditation™ teacher, a Total Immersion swimming coach, and a certified Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing Instructor.
