Join Bre and Betsy for a deeply nourishing morning of rest, and self-connection through a Yoga Nidra guided meditation and sound healing.
Held over Mother’s Day weekend, this is an invitation to honor the many expressions of “mother”—the ones who raised us, the earth that sustains us, and the nurturing presence within each of us.
Through gentle guidance, we’ll quiet the mind and soften into the body, supported by the healing vibrations of the gong, crystal singing bowls, and other instruments.
Whether you’re seeking grounding, emotional release, or simply a moment to pause, this experience offers a sacred space to reset and reconnect. Come as you are—bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and an open heart.

Bre is a yoga therapist, breathwork facilitator, and nature enthusiast dedicated to empowering others through healing practices. Bre blends yoga, mindfulness, and nature to help individuals reconnect with themselves and heal on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Through workshops, retreats, and private sessions, she creates space for transformation and self-discovery.
Betsy is a powerful Gong Practitioner with a gift for creating deep, vibrational healing experiences. Her sound journeys are immersive, grounding, and transportive—helping you clear stagnant energy and open space for clarity and self-trust.
The two met after attending each others events at the Trailhouse in Custer. Now, they’re joining forces to bring you a one-of-a-kind, deeply nourishing offering that will leave you feeling calm, clear, and deeply connected to yourself.
