2 - Past Life Exploration - exploring a previous life time, to see what your soul’s history holds.
Integration and Cacao - We conclude by grounding ourselves. Share your experience and reflect with the group over a warm ceremonial cup of cacao.

This is a session of pure exploration. This taster is designed to show you how a regression works and what it feels like. It is not a space to deal with or heal deep seated traumas problems or complex life and issues.
