Join Jen for a deeply supportive and nourishing Conscious Connected Breathwork experience designed for people of all levels. Whether you are completely new to breathwork or already familiar with the practice.
This evening session offers a safe, grounded space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and gently explore your inner world through breath. Conscious connected breathing is a powerful yet accessible practice that can help release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and support emotional processing.
Jen's approach is rooted in nervous system education and trauma-informed care. Jen is passionate about helping people understand how stress, dysregulation, anxiety, and burnout can show up in the body, and how we can learn to listen and respond to our needs with compassion rather than pressure.
Drawing from Jen's background in Breathwork, Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy and Personal Training Jen integrates evidence-based knowledge with intuitive, body-led guidance. Jen also brings somatic awareness around body image, our relationship with food, and how these experiences can live within the nervous system and physical body.
This session will include:
