Join Goodell Gardens & Homestead for a three-part, interconnected series designed to support a holistic approach to navigating the stress that often comes with loss and major life changes. Participants will explore practical self-care strategies, connect with the healing power of nature, and hear from wellness professionals about nature’s restorative benefits.Part 1 Description:
Focus: The physical and physiological impact of grief.
Expert Insights: Join Dr. Titus (MHEDS Health Clinic) to explore how stress manifests in the body.
Restorative Care: Master accurate blood pressure monitoring to harmonize your physical and emotional awareness. Learn to see your readings as a window into your mental state.
Nature Integration: Use visual and sensory connections within the Gardens to heighten stress awareness and grounding.
Cost: Free for members | $7 for non-members
Ages: Adults recommended
Each workshop will conclude with an intentional walk to the Gardens’ labyrinth, led by Marian Beckwith, offering a quiet opportunity for reflection and centering.
This series is offered free of charge for members, thanks to the support of our generous donors, Golden Home Healthcare & MHEDS Health Clinic.
Please meet at the Welcome Center. While each session may be attended individually, we recommend participating in the full series for the most meaningful experience.
